The payment of admin fee or placement fees must be paid at the time you sign an agreement or contract with us. For part-time and casual jobs it is to be paid once you are hired by the company. For full time jobs there are two parts. The admin fee must be paid before your interview. Then if you are successful, after the completion of your 30-day trial with your new employer, it is time to pay the second part of your contract. In the case of any other services, fees must be paid at the time of booking.
We will send you a PayPal link which allows you to pay with a registered credit card or by direct debit from your bank account.

It’s completely FREE to upload your resume, or for any correspondence until you have entered into a contract or agreement with Lynx People. If you are a candidate for a full time job, you will not be charged the second part of your contract if you are interviewed but unsuccessful, or do not pass your 30-day trial.
We will capture your information and contact you if any position with your skill set becomes available. If you are selected for the final interview, you will have to pay an admin fee. Even though that fee is not reimbursed, if the company finds that the position is not suitable for you, you will not have to pay the second part of the contract. We will then store your resume and information in our database for any future opportunities. Further placement is not free of charge, however the admin fee is half price for the next 2 referrals.
We understand that sometimes the opportunity arrives and you are not prepared to pay the fees. However it is the core of our business and we must take payments at the beginning of the application as explained in the question above. In saying that, if there is something that will change your career and lifestyle you should consider and compare your current and future expenses and income. We find, in most cases, that you will be earning more than you are at the moment and have a better lifestyle than you have now.
This is an investment in your career in Australia. Lynx People is breaking the barrier between foreigners and Australian companies in order to improve the Australian economy, as well as support skilled candidates to work in Australia by offering them options that they cannot find in the market at the moment. To make it easier and more accessible to companies we don’t charge them fees. On the other hand, it is the interest of the candidate to get a job within their industry in Australia. Therefore, in contrast to other recruitment companies, fees are charged to the candidate instead.

Lynx People is strictly focused on recruitment and do not deal with visas. If the job you are taking requires or allows you to apply for a specific visa, you can do it yourself, use an agent of your choice or we can recommend a few options for you.
This is not our focus, but if we have any internship/volunteering unpaid, we will be advertising as usual on our Social Media and filtering candidates that fit to the position as long as they accept the offer of an unpaid job.
Yes we recruit for casual, part-time, and full-time positions. In that case we charge different fees for different opportunities. The fees are set as below:
- Casual and part time jobs without a contract or contract for up to 5 months
- Part time job contract job for 6 months or longer
- Full time job contract for up to 23 months
- Full time job contract for 24 months or longer.
